How Do I Know...
If my child is ready for math enrichment? Is your child in an accelerated or advanced math program? Does your child say he/she is bored in math because it's too easy? Is your child able to discern answers with speed and accuracy? Did you answer YES to any of these questions? If so, then your child may be mathematically talented and ready for math enrichment! Students gifted in mathematical thinking and problem solving require greater depth, range of topics, and opportunities for solving more complex problems. That's where we come in! We offer an after-school math enrichment program.

Hello there!
Welcome to AHA! Math Academy. My name is Renique and I am a teacher that is passionate about math education, especially targeting high-performing and gifted math students. I have been teaching math since 2004 upon earning my Bachelors Degree in Mathematics Education from San Diego State University.
Learn With Us!
We are a math enrichment program that focuses on the process of getting solutions, not only the final answer in order to promote critical thinking. We teach math as a language so students are proficient in problem solving, and achieve mastery as a result.
